The Lab (Asia) Limited have contributed to the construction of Kai Tak Sports Park, one of Hong Kong’s most significant infrastructure developments. Through the provision of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services, The Lab helped support the structural integrity, quality, and safety of this landmark project.

• Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to detect internal flaws in structural components
• Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) to identify surface and near-surface defects
• Dye Penetrant Testing (PT) to reveal fine cracks and imperfections

These inspection methods enable comprehensive quality assessment without causing damage to the tested materials, ensuring that critical structural elements, particularly steelwork and welds, meet stringent safety, quality, and performance requirements.
