Door Closer Testing (Based on BS EN 1154)
We conduct comprehensive evaluations to verify the mechanical integrity and environmental resilience of door closers, ensuring long-term reliability and safety.

• Mechanical Performance & Durability: Measurement of opening/closing torque, closing time, and operational efficiency under normal and extended use.
• Simulated Long-Term Use: Endurance testing up to 500,000 cycles to assess performance degradation and consistency over time.
• Corrosion Resistance: Salt spray testing to simulate coastal or high-humidity environments, evaluating the protective coating and base metal’s resistance to corrosion.

Single-Axis Door Hinge Testing (Based on BS EN 1935)
Our hinge testing protocols assess structural strength, fatigue resistance, and environmental adaptability to ensure safe and stable door operation.

• Mechanical Strength: Static load, overload, and shear strength tests to determine the hinge’s ability to withstand stress and prevent failure.
• Lifecycle Durability: High-frequency open-close simulations to monitor wear patterns and long-term performance.
• Environmental Adaptability: Corrosion resistance testing under simulated salt spray conditions to validate suitability for humid or coastal regions.

Impact test of glass (Based on BS 6206)
Safety is paramount when it comes to glass. Our impact tests assess that glass panels can withstand external forces and related risks.

• Glass Strength Test: Classifies the strength levels of glass.
• Post-Damage Safety: Assesses whether the glass, when impacted, is prone to shattering into dangerous sharp fragments.
• Protective Performance: Focuses especially on safety window film—evaluates whether it can withstand a certain level of impact without failure, helping to hold shattered glass in place and prevent it from scattering.
• Anti-Intrusion Function: Determines whether the impact resistance of safety window film can serve as a barrier to increase the difficulty for intrusion.
